    From thefreedictionary.com :

    awesome : Adjective
    1. inspiring or displaying awe
    2. Slang excellent or outstanding

    Let's define Whatthemovie's "Awesomeness".

    From Forum FAQ :
"Try to focus on a distinct "feature" which describes the film.
For example: crucial point in the film, funny moment, the story, the visual aspect."

    - Awesome aspect : nice proportions, elements well-assembled for a homogeneous picture, unexpected visual items (not always linked with the story), with important informations http://whatthemovie.com/shot/20510 or without http://whatthemovie.com/shot/2942 . The effort is putted on colour http://whatthemovie.com/shot/13422 , on contrast http://whatthemovie.com/shot/17958 , through lights, spaces http://whatthemovie.com/shot/4912 , symmetries http://whatthemovie.com/shot/20239 http://whatthemovie.com/shot/20213 or depth of field http://whatthemovie.com/shot/18968 .

    - Awesome character : famous characters or actors are presented with an original point of vue http://whatthemovie.com/shot/18953 http://whatthemovie.com/shot/19160 . Unknown characters or actors are shown with one or several elements which can help for researches. http://whatthemovie.com/shot/13991 http://whatthemovie.com/shot/20865

    - Awesome point in the film : the most difficult shots, cause if people haven't seen the movie, they will surely vote down. So it has to be original as possible. http://whatthemovie.com/shot/13102 http://whatthemovie.com/shot/15844 http://whatthemovie.com/shot/7997

    - Awesome clue : to help the players, give an indication, but choose a good one ! http://whatthemovie.com/shot/17806 http://whatthemovie.com/shot/17320 http://whatthemovie.com/shot/19205 . Don't forget that Google is almighty. A shot with text is more often an easy shot than an awesome one. http://whatthemovie.com/shot/19203

    - Awful shots : bad quality (vagueness, low exposure, bad focus, wrong aspect ratio, black bars...), illegible purpose, abusive content. Not awesome !

    - Examples of subjective awesome shots with personnal votes (solved shots) :
    10/10 - http://whatthemovie.com/shot/20920 (Waaaoooo !)
9/10 - http://whatthemovie.com/shot/20427 (Awesome aspect, point in the film, character)
    8/10 - http://whatthemovie.com/shot/20818 (Awesome aspect, clue, character)
    7/10 - http://whatthemovie.com/shot/20724 (Aspect, clue)
    6/10 - http://whatthemovie.com/shot/20753 (Clue)
    5/10 - http://whatthemovie.com/shot/20421 (Actor)

Awesome help to define the rate of a shot :
    - if you know the film : ask yourself if you want this shot to represent the film in the movie's page.
    - if you don't know the film : ask yourself if the shot is a good challenge to guess the movie or a good graphic example to give you the envy to watch the movie.

Among all the awsome examples from LePaposaure, one is blank (actually black :) ) for me
    http://whatthemovie.com/shot/20724

And many shots in the FF section are black too. Why ?

If you're awesome, clap your hands !

@efji : For you, the shots seem not to be upload when you're calling the page. For me, everything's working fine. So... perhabs try another navigator.
