The next vault, as decided by the poll, will have the theme "Masks". From the dictionary, a definition: "1 A covering for all or part of the face, worn as a disguise, or to amuse or frighten others. 2 A covering made of fibre or gauze and fitting over the nose and mouth to protect against air pollutants, or made of sterile gauze and worn to prevent infection of the wearer or (in surgery) of the patient."
Shots that clearly feature a mask are welcome. The mask does NOT have to be on the person's face, it can also be on a shelf somewhere, for example. However, just a pile of cloth does not count, since it's not clearly intended to be a mask. We only look to what is visible on the shot, NOT to what happens in the movie the shot came from. For clarity: if the shot does not fit the theme, as deemed by majority vote by the staff, it will be deleted and you can post a new shot. If you are not sure if a shot fits the theme, one of us is available in the chat most of the evenings/nights and you can always ask for our opinion. Also, remember to not post any shots that fit the theme to NS while the uploading stage is in progress, to avoid any dupes.

The uploaders of the top rated shots will be rewarded.
Make-up: Hard to say, it needs to be a big amount of make-up that acts to make the face unrecognizable. We will judge this on a shot-to-shot basis. Veils: These are ok, as long as they really hide the face.
In my eyes, the first one does not have enough for sure, the second one I'd need to think on, not sure if that is actually make-up, or just mess. If you fall into a cake with your face, it doesn't count as a disguise or mask, just as you needing to shower ;) But those are my thoughts, can't speak for Zob.
To me 66639 looks more like heavy make-up than a mask. And 329194 doesn't look at all like a mask to me. It looks like splattered paint, without any obvious intent of hiding the face.
If you make a tag search for mask, you'll be able to see thumbnails for (mask tagged) shots uploaded to the contest. This must be some kind of mistake, right?
@Rigborg, I'm affraid you're right... Perhaps the solution is to remove the tag till the beginning of the contest... @kinoute could certainly fix this bug but he seems to be absent for the moment...
