I went to upload a still today, and accidentally hit the upload button because of the browse button. Then the page refreshed right as I was going to click on browse, and I hit the Submit button.
Now I've got a totally blank image uploaded to WTM - I'm sure it'll be deleted, but the system should probably check for there being no picture file on a submission and refuse to accept.
