Sorry, there are no upload slots available for that movie.

Either there already is a Snapshot in the New Submissions or in the recent Feature Films.
We only allow 1 Snapshot per movie every 7 days to prevent flooding.

I don't understand. Is it something new ?

"We only allow 1 Snapshot per movie every 7 days to prevent flooding."

It means that a shot from that movie has been uploaded in the last 7 days. We only allow one shot per movie, per week.

The message was recently updated, but the rule has been around 6 months or so now I think, maybe more.

If you haven't seen this message before thats a good thing! It means you are probably uploading shots from lesser known, or non-mainstream movies :)

yes but actually and this is the reason why I've been surprised I thought that the last movies I tried to upload were less known but I was probably wrong. Thanks for your quick answer :)

got a question about this as well:

do the seven days count from the time it reaches FF, the time it was uploaded or maybe 5 days after it reaches FF?

When it is uploaded to New Submissions, the timer starts. So if it spends 48 hours in NS it then only has to be 5 days in FF before the slot opens again.

I'm sorry to speak about that once again but I think there is a trouble. I've tried to upload a shot and this message "We only allow 1 Snapshot per movie every 7 days to prevent flooding." appeared. So I checked if there was snapshot of this movie because I was pretty sure not to have seen any shot from this movie. Result : no shot for this movie. So what's wrong ?

No, they do, however, refresh the new 7 days limit, but you could still upload a new awesome within those 7 days.
