i have some movies, also from your old list like 21, 11:14, Bandidas, Fast & Furios Tokyo Drift, Kôkaku kidôta, Oceans 13, The Punisher, Wer früher stirbt, ist länger tot, maybe some more too (i often know only the german movie name), but now i am happy if i have some time left for watching new movies, making some shots and solving some shots

i will do it later, if i get vacation or some illness stop me to go out of my home^^

I didn't add the tag, so not completely sure, but I'd guess ratio. The shot is 600*400, which gives it a ratio of 1.5. The intended ratio of the movie, according to imdb, is 1.33. Furthermore, virtually all shots in a 1.5 ratio turn out to be promo shots (and this one also looks promo'ish enough, no idea if it is actually in the movie, though).

Shots from Das Experiment, Liar Liar, A Scanner Darkly and Stay are replaced.

This is my shot from The Mexican:

But it almost the same as original shot. I don't see reason why it should be replaced.
(It it maybe looks bright but it should be that way (This scene is just made in that way))

About flowers from Adaptation. There is only one frame with this car and that set of flowers, and it look like this:

I think i can make better shot, but it will not be exacly the same (different cars and light).

The Mexican is replaced.

Actually coolathlon himself replaced some other shots of his, from this movie, to fix the ratio. So I guess that means he is OK if someone do this one too.

It at least got black bars, reason enough for replacement.

I think about replacing http://whatthemovie.com/shot/182904 with
Reason is that i think the text should be in the original language (german). The shot is the closest thing i could find to the snapshot Basai had posted. Any thoughts about it?

@lusvardi: You can just upload your snapshot (without the black bars, of course) to Imageshack.us and then provide the link right here in this topic. Someone with the proper rank will then use your snapshot to replace the old one with. :)

That said, I came across another snapshot that should be replaced (but this time I don't have a replacement snapshot available, as I don't own the DVD), this time it's one from "Home Alone" (1990): http://whatthemovie.com/shot/5523 . Hopefully someone who does own the DVD can replace it sometime - thank you in advance! :o)

I have stumbled upon yet another snapshot that I would like to see replaced, namely http://whatthemovie.com/shot/141465 . The quality of that one isn't so good: the colours look washed out and the snapshot itself seems a little bit blurry as well.

Fortunately, I recently became the proud owner of this film's DVD, so I captured a replacement screenshot for this scene. ^^ However, I am not yet able to replace it myself (I lack the proper rank), so I would very much appreciate it if someone else could replace the snapshot on my behalf. :)

Hello everyone,

I have found yet another snapshot that I would like to replace, namely: http://whatthemovie.com/shot/73545 . That snapshot has quite a lot of artefacts in it, causing it to seem a bit messy and fuzzy.
