    Hello.

    I'm still having trouble (and I'm sure I'm not the only one) to understand how the "We only allow 1 Snapshot per movie every 7 days" works

    When the 7 days start ?
    - At the moment the shot gets uploaded and enters New Submissions ?
    - At the moment the shot gets accepted to the Feature Films ?

    When the 7 days end ?
    - After exactly 168 hours ? (it's the only thing that makes sense but I ask anyway)

    What about Awesome Uploads ? I an AU gets uploaded for the same movie, does it starts a new 168 hours period ?

    I am almost sure it is 168 hrs after you uploaded it, for both New Submissions and Awesome Uploads. When an Awesome Upload is used the timer resets, when a Normal Upload is used it also resets...

    Someone correct me if I'm wrong:)

    it starts when you upload it in the new submissions

    if there is a awesome upload in the 7 days it resets and its again 7 days

    Yeah these guys are correct. Its 7 days from the moment you upload it to NS, and a AU resets the timer.

    And a shot being rejected resets the timer too:)
