A new group of black bars crazy deleters has appeared a few days ago. They vote for deletion on this kind of shot: http://whatthemovie.com/shot/98221

Please guys, read the faq and the discussions about BB before voting for deletion.
(I removed all the deletion votes).

It's because they don't like girls + tattoos.
The black bar has nothing to do with it.

today u uploaded a shot and after uploading a small grey line on the right appears. But this grey line is not on my snapshot. How it can be that after uploading a grey line appears? Anyone a clue?

Sorry but this vertical grey line is from your shot. You just can't see it when it's not on a dark background, but it's there nonetheless.
Here's a page with only your shot and a black background: http://siboul.free.fr/wtm/temp.html

To avoid this, I use The Gimp. The selection tool (used to cut black bars off) has a nice feature : its color changes based on what it's passing over. So when I reach a "parasite line" on the border of a shot, I can see the selection tool's color changing. And then I just need to back 1 pixel.

yes on the WTM Shot is the grey line, but not on the shot i got on my PC

i have a fullscreen shot maked with DiVX Player (all 4 sides black bars, but no grey line between) - next time i will make it again with VLC Player - another way to solve that problem :)
