So there was a movie I watched a few years ago (on HBO or some channel like that) that took place in India. There was a woman (a slave or princess, I can't quite remember ) who had sex with her best friends fiance (who happened to be a princess). The best friend or sister or whoever she was kicked the girl out. The princess married the prince but on their wedding night when he took her virginity he was not gentle (the scene ended with his wife crying on the bed) and they grew to hate each-other and he thought of the woman the princess had kicked out of the palace. The woman went through life, had a lover (some sex scenes through out the movie.) and then she ends up in he friend/sister's palace as a concubine I think. I can't really remember any more details, but if out of this mess of a synopsis you could find a title I would be very grateful.
