Suppose I think (for example) #274454 is awesome (and in this case I do) and I didn't upload it (which I did not), wouldn't it be cool if you could donate one of your Awesome Uploads to make sure it got in the Feature Films?
Why not. Like a gift to the uploader, if they agree to your request to push one of their rejected shots, it goes to the FF or something. Or a transfer AUs feature...
