    Don't think so, no. Only if a movie has had a theatrical release, afaik.

    but the release depends on the country, right?
    i mean, i brazil, a lot of movies don't have a release at all. not even on video stores.
    as in the US, a whole lot of foreign movies aren't release in the theaters.

    Not if it has (TV) on IMDB. There have to be clear and easy-to-control restrictions. Best way to do that is check the IMDB-title and not allow any exceptions.
