First off my wife and I love this site. A great way to kill time...literally! I have uploaded like 25-30 scenes from 6 different movies. I did them all in about 2 hours. The next day there was only 5 movies scenes of mine uploaded successfully. I understand that having more then one movie on the same page (using the "Overview" button) may be bad since this will make them easier to solve. But does this mean my movies will still eventually be approved, or once the selection is made that's it's? I was very proud of the scenes I picked and was hoping to see them and who could solve them. Also it would a nice added feature if a small symbol like a flag or something that could be submitted with the movie to indicate the country of it's origin. Being from the US I don't see too many international films. A few times I ran across a scene that look familiar of at least similar to something I may have seen, only to get frustrated when I realize that it was a movie from a country that I never saw before.
Terry: Thanks for your interest in the site :) we appreciate that.
You certainly understand, that we won't post every scene and make multiple shots behind each other. That would be pretty rediculous, answering one movie, which is followed by the same one.
We usually accept more shots of the same movie, but: > Not by the same poster > Not followed by each other (plus, minus 20 shots or so)
So, if you say you posted 6 movies and 5 got accepted, that's a very good quota :)
my last 10 pictures were not accepted. i understand that you cant take every shot but rejecting so much pictures destroys the fun to upload new movies, if you see never a fruit of your work. someone takes trouble... searches out new movies and bam... disliked. pity, because i think the site lives also from uploading.
