General: Problem with Saving Random functions

    Before I posted this problem I have used the search function, but couldn't find a thing about it.

    I have edited the random settings and saved it after it. In that session the settings are being saved.

    But every time i log in later on the day, the settings are back to default.

    Is this the way the random settings are supposed to work or is this a bug?
