    Perhaps not, but I have seen this picture twice today and didnt even notice, so I dont think its an issue. Certainly nothing worth hammering the delete button about if thats what you mean.

    Edit: that vote for bad quality is pretty unnecessary too

    there are hardly any "bars" around it. there are FAR worse examples than that.

    Yes, no problem with the black bars on that one.
    As for the quality I don't really see anything wrong either. I don't know if at the moment there's any way to avoid a deletion so there might be nothing we can do about it...
    (however the shot is probably too obscure... I don't really see anything very particular about it, enough to identify the movie)
