sorry.. but whats the use of the shout out box? i've never seen nothing written there. is it because what other people write aren't visible to the others?
And please if you solve it, leave a damn shout! I try to shout on most stills and try to get some chatter going, but no one seems game. It is a good way to talk about the scene or do some quotes or just anything. It is what its there for, lets use it!
The problem is, once you have solved the image, you probably wont see the still again, so a conversation would be pretty tough. If you want to have a chat about the movie I reckon the best place is on the movie's page itself (you know the on with the reviews etc.._
But yeah I try to shout on stills every now and again.
Would be nice to get a notification when someone has also left a shout on a still where I commented on. Just a little information on the top bar with a link to it would be enough. Right now I'm bookmarking every shot where I expect some kind of answer or discussion and click on it once in a while.
Is there any way to see the number of thumbs up and down for your shouts? I can see it for other peoples, but for mine I can only see 'edit' and 'delete this shout'.
I've been starting to shout more over the last week, it just takes a couple of seconds, and I agree, it's always fun to read comments on your own shot.
When I'm logged on the home page, I can see shouts that were made on my shots in the "tales of interest" but even if there's a shout on one of them it still shows "(0) shouts" on the "your new submisions" box.
