General: Create new movie fails

    I've been trying to create some new movies during uploading, but nothing happens after I fill out all the fields and then click on "Add Movie". I have tried it with both Chroms and IE8. Chrome doesn't do anything, IE8 has some javascript error in "protoype" . A week ago creating a new movie worked, but now since a few days it seems broken. Any advice?

    It's a bug.
    delete the additional titles, if you don't fill them. then post.
