I also added an alternative title for a short-titled movie with a comma. Didn't understand why it did not take it, while i was very sure. The comma was the problem, which can be annoying indeed.

i can't acces the hall of fame. when i try, the page takes a long time to load, and eventually jumps to
WTM is changing reels etc.
The rest of the site works fine though.

i found a sort of bug i think. When browsing through the draw the contest stills, after solving a still, it looked like this.
Look at the letters in the still:P

i already solved it, but you kind of give the answer away, you can read it if you look good....

I never had this problem. I added lots of movies to the DB, most of them with alternate titles and those were always taken into account immediately.

You're right Cotp. It used to work but I just noticed the same thing on a movie I introduced 2 days ago. I put several titles and only french and italian appear now.

On the forum when I am logged in why does it still say "Please use your whatthemovie username to log in at the top right corner!" :)

edit, get it on every still, i use firefox. A correct answer leads me to a similar page saying guess is right.

Recently I get a LOT of Javascript-Errors. And since all key functions (login, guessing, rating, shouting) rely on JS, the whole page is useless in this stage (at least for me). Already deleted my cookies, also tried another browser but no success.

I'm having a problem with Snapshot of a day box on home page. When i click the arrow which should take me to the previous day the whole box disappears and the who's online and last reviews boxes move to the left. I'm using Opera and it seams like this causes the problem, cause I check on Firefox and it works just fine.

Yeah, I've noticed that too. It's not the only movie with this issue.
I tried to "block" shots for those duplicate DB entries trough deletion votes, explaining why. But it's hard not to miss one, once in a while...

I think it's a known problem. I think I heard it has something to do with shots posted at exactly the same time (what happens in contests), so when you're trying to solve as much shots as possible in the contest I recommend you use the overview for shots you haven't solved yet. I'm quite sure it's on the to-do-list to fix.

I get the crocodile error everytime i edit profile, but the changes work.
I cant upload a cover on my shelf, no error.. just nothing happens when I click add.

The tag search does not include the contest shots. For example typing "Eiffel tower" does not display the many shots that have been uploaded for the WTM worldwide contest.

I don't see the problem? You mean that you have solved more than evnightx, but have a lower percentage? That only means that evnightx has more shots that he/she uploaded in FF at the moment, causing there to be less actually solvable shots and therefore a higher percentage.

top shots in new submission have 0h last 3-4 hours..why?
and there is no new FF shots in that period..

There's something wrong with NS (like @torqu3 said)... One of my shots have been at 0h left for a couple of hours!!!
