General: Problem with registration

    Hello, I'm french so sorry for my english.

    I have a problem with registration, because with 2 differents email address, I did not receive email confirmation. So it is impossible for me to complete my registration on WTM.

    Please check your spamfolder,
    there are no unset mails in the mailqueue of our server.
    If the problem persists, please post again.

    Hello, thanks for your answer, but I checked my spamfolder and i'm sur i did not receive it.

    It is strange because i Can login here and I can not in WTM.

    You can not send to me a new mail to confirm my registration ?

    hello,

    I had the same problem, I never received the confirmation email. and like You I could login in the forum but not on the site. I solved it by clicking on "forgot password?" so I received a link to change my password (I think I did it a few times) and a few days later I could login and logout.

    the bad surprise was that my solved movies where not saved...

    by the way, do you have a space in your login name? I had one (it was check norisk) and it never worked like that.
