What you should check for a recent movie is the "DVD details" link: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1379177/dvd
There's a date on this page. It's November 23rd. By WTM rules, you have to wait until that day.
You would have been luckier is there was *no* date on this IMDb "DVD details". Then, the Amazon link would have been OK to justify your upload.

I'm now sometimes it looks silly, when the IMDb DVD page is not up-to-date, but THIS IS THE RULE. This is what WTM consider as reference. This is how it works here.
We mods cannot check every single DVD retailer site just to make sure your uploads are legit. So we only check the IMDb DVD page. And in this case, I'm sorry, but you can't upload shots from this movie yet.
But I suggest you keep checking the IMDb DVD page, the UK DVD might get listed (with its proper release date) at any time.
