last time i'm getting into more and more spoilers in comments, where people declick spoiler and spoiles the shot. Something simple as a report-button would be nice so they can be deleted fairly quick.

Can't you make it a privilege for advanced users to add spoiler tags and maybe even remove when there is no spoiler in the text?
Secondly: When I submit or edit a shout with a spoiler, the spoiler box doesn't show up until I refresh the page. I thought I maybe had ruined a shot by unclicking the box, but it was not true. It gave me almost a stroke.
