General: How do you get rid of those black bars??

    I've just uploaded a picture for the first time and I followed all the instructions, but the black bars are still there. What did I do wrong?

    these are not black bars. Up and down OR left and right are fine. The problem comes when they are all around the shot. Here it is just the format of the film, no problem ;)
