Not really the series you love the most but more what you watch at the moment :) In the same way as the topic "What's the last movie you've seen?"
I just started 4 episodes of Fringe, I must say this is a disappointment, there is X-files written all over it... and at least at the beginning X-files didnt have the pretention to be big. Please tell me it gets better ;)
Otherwise waiting for the new season of Breaking bad (best character development ever!) and Peepshow (best laugh in a long time!)
I have to agree with you about Fringe... I really wanted to like it but somehow it pretends to be much more than it is, and also the apparent comparison to The X-Files is soooo annoying; The X-Files is way better than Fringe, IMO!
I just finished watching the first season of Dollhouse; not quite sure what to think of it! The first couple of episodes were really interesting, but then suddenly it all went down hill. Otherwise I'm totally addicted to Criminal Minds and CSI at the moment, although I really miss Gideon (Mandy Patinkin, CM) and Grissom (william Petersen, CSI); the shows aren't the same without them (especially CSI is "hurting" with the departure of Grissom - Laurence Fishburne's character just isn't right for the show).
Oh, and I'm soooo looking forward to the new season of HIMYM... Great topic btw :D
I saw two episodes of Fringe and it didn't interest me at all :)
Each week I watch new Vampire Diaries, South Park and The Big Bang Theory. I also watch "Grey's anatomy" - that show is so ridiculous I always laugh :D
When I have time I catch up with the new episodes of "House" and "Bones", but new seasons are disappointing. Oh and I've just finished "The thick of it" - hilarious british show "In the Loop" was spin-off of.
Mad Men, 2nd season (thank you Sati!:D)- it's just brilliant, subtle acting and variety of characters is what I love the most in this show. From time to time HIMYM- Barney is A-W-E-S-O-M-E :D For now I have a little break from House and Grey's Anatomy- new seasons disappointed me.
Uhm.. How I met your mother is legend - wait for it - dary! I started to watch True Blood, which is okay but not great. And like @rulo I watch Oh Oh Cherso, a real-life show about 8 morons from the Hague (this is where I live) who go to Greece and do stupid stuff :) Oh and you guys should all watch the mighty boosh!
Big Bang Theory How I met you Mother House Dexter True Blood Lost Girl Chuck Weeds Family Guy Justified American Dad Smallville Supernatural Vampire Diaries Fringe The Event Psych Caprica
Criminal Minds season 6 How I Met Your Mother season 6 NCIS season 8 NCIS LA season 2 V (2009) The Big Bang Theory season 4 FlashForward Dexter season 5 Sons of Anarchy season 3 Supernatzural season 6 Bones season 6 Castle season 3 House season 7 The Mentalist season 3 Lie To Me season 3 Eureka season 4 Fringe season 3 The Twilight Zone (2002)
I really like seeing LordMyst's, torqu3's and theoffice911's lists.
Each week :
HIMYM BBT (always funny, especially Sheldon !) House Fringe Glee (awesome btw !!) Chuck (really good !) Stargate Universe (promising !) Smallville (not so good since season 7 or 8, don't really remember)
When I get time :
Caprica Battlestar Galactica United States of Tara NCIS
@LordMyst : (I recently saw The Human Centripede and I feel different ...) Walking dead is really a good show ? Because The Human Centripede is a hell of a disturbing movie !!
Just watched the pilot of Fringe, they started showing it on national tv (nice timing with the tread @Chrisy :) ) It seems promising, need to see more, next episode sounds out there, so it'll be interesting to see it. But as soon as I saw the preview X-files came to mind. Other than that I recently finished season 1 of Deadwood, nice series, great characters, great acting and interesting story. Season 2 is scheduled for soon. Currently I'm watching Merlin season 3. Love that kind of theme and although it's not a superb show from the acting view or stuff like that it's awesome relaxing fun. Also watching (watched), although not right now: Tudors, Dexter, True blood, Supernatural, Spartacus: Blood and sand...
All time fav would be Only fools and horses, Red dwarf, Allo Allo!, (I love British humor), Seinfeld...Could watched those over an over again That's about it, great topic...Gotta go now, Hustle is starting :)
My other favourites are Ally McBeal, Dexter, Friends, Six Feet Under, CSI, Sex and the City, English detectives like Morse, Lewis and Silent Witness. Love SF too, love the Startrek series and Stargate.
The last scene is good, but the whole conclusion was so full of plot holes and ridiculous scenes (the submarine stuff with Jin, Sun and Sayid), the entire mystery of the show ended up being some stupid goddamn cave:D Johanna nice to see fellow Ally's fan - that show is so good :D And not just season 4 :D
I usually don't watch series on tv anymore. I rather tend to buy complete series on dvd, so that i don't have to wait till the next episode will be aired, can watch them exactly when i want and don't have to listen to the usual synchronisation in german television. In the last years i watched the following series on dvd:
Babylon 5 Battlestar Galactica Deep Space Nine The Sopranos Veronica Mars Six Feed Under The West Wing Friends and Boston Legal (belong to a friend of mine) Gilmore Girls (belongs to my former roommate)
Right now i'm watching The X-Files and the next thing will probably be The Shield, cause this still stands unwatched in my dvd shelf.
Dexter Boardwalk Empire Family Guy How I Met Your Mother House Two and a Half Men The Event Castle Chuck Mythbusters South Park CSI Bones Futurama Fringe The Office Caprica Parks & Recreation V Daily Show
Now you know why I dont get to watch many movies...
Stuff I watched: Battlestar Galactica Cowboy Bebop Dollhouse Firefly (I MISS YOU!) FlashForward Heroes Lost Scrubs Star Trek: The Next Generation Star Trek: Voyager Star Trek: Deep Space Nine Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicels True Blood Twin Peaks Veronica Mars

This year it's been a hard year to watch movies and series, i'm studying too much, and now i have lots of exams...
Fringe (I think it's way way better than X-Files.. The second and third seasons are great) The Big Bang Theory How I Met Your Mother House M.D. White Collar Dexter Sons Of Anarchy Clone Wars V Two and a Half Men
I used to watch:
Prison Break Lie To Me Avatar - The last Airbender Greek Simpsons South Park Deus É Pai (God is Father, a brazillian cartoon about Jesus living today and been an ass junkie teenager) Descolados (a brazillian MTV series) The Mentalist
And I'm waiting for the new Avatar - The Legend of Korra.
edit, many of those have been canceled and/or are not running right now. But since I keep track of everything I watch, posting that pic made it easier :)
Lost House Monk Breaking Bad CSI: Miami (from time to time) Prison Break (till it became stupid) Heroes (till it became stupid) The Walking Dead (just recently started) ----- Simpsons (well, seasons 1-10 were great, 11-16 bearable, the rest unbearable) Futurama South Park Family Guy (till it became stupid) ----- Friends Married... With Children Malcolm in the Middle Scrubs Two And a Half Men How I Met Your Mother Big Bang Theory It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia ----- Blackadder Fawlty Towers Spaced The IT Crowd
I watched the first two episodes of THE WALKING DEAD. They won me over. It's very well directed (Darabont is at the helm). It's fast-paced. But I wonder if the subplots are going to be interesting (the love triangle situation is going to be slightly boring).
I also watched an english mini series called DEAD SET. It chronicles a zombie outbreak while participants of a Big Brother reality show don't know what happens outside. Great concept, british humour and lots of blood. Very entertaining.
Pala, you need to keep in mind that this is a love triangle in a zombie universe. So no use complaining about it, sooner or later they'll all be eaten anyway! :D
