I was not around but the only thing I can say is that insults are indeed not ok. Also not on your own shots against people who voted. Not everyone will get that it is humor, many people dont go the forum and they dont know you, they will take it personal so you cannot just insult people like this: players, mods or whoever. It is just a game! as I understood, Asmodai just gave you a "shout ban" because he felt you were going a bit too far with your shouts.....
A discussion together might just have solved the issue instead of getting angry ;)

Don't blame Asmodai and make Pala the victim, he knew he was gonna be warned/banned for it, even if for you its some humor, something funny, write 25 shouts in 10 minutes in your own shot is not ok, especially when its for complaining about votes. Asmodai did the right thing, he just gave him a shouting ban for.. 2 days! Just to calm down the whole thing. If Chrisy or Misterzob were there, they will have done the same thing.

I'm sad, again. I will really miss Pala.

I don't understand why this is not ok. He spammed his own shout and his own thread on the forum. If you don't find him funny, just don't read his shouts. It's harmless jokes, you're not supposed to get banned whenever you make a crazy joke! Unless writing 25 shouts in 10 min make the site crash, I can't find anything wrong with that.
We're here to play a game, have some fun, chat with people, makes jokes... isn't what this is about? Let's face the facts, Asmodai can't stand Palahniuk and he used the first excuse he could to abuse his power toward him. That is definitely NOT cool.

Ok, this is enough Sati, Pala has never got any special treatments here. We never let him do things because of the money, he never paid the site money directly, he just gave away people supporter rights (didn't he give you yours???) , I find very bullshit actually... We let him do his contests, because they were fun nothing more!
Maybe Pala went a bit far out of impulse and frustration and he got banned, let's not go further with this please. I must agree with Theoffice911, Pala has a humor that most people might not understand, but he made me laugh, every day! I sure will miss him again

Now that is funny :) His own thread, special announcements for his contests and now even you one of moderators taking his side although he violated the rules.
Yes he gave me one supporter status, so what? Am I supposed to defend him although I think what he did was wrong? Not gonna happen.
But apparantly he can do whatever he wants, demand one of the moderators gonne because he has "lots of money" and you think it's all right "because he made you laugh every day".

But I can't let you say that we gave him special treatment, because that's not true. He had his own thread, yes, this a public forum, people are free to post their thread and have some fun. He asked us a number of time if we could post an announcement for his contests and we said yes (why not?), because his initiatives were very good and his contests were fun! He made the forum active where before it was more or less dead. If encouraging people to organize things and appreciate when people have good ideas make us look bad in the end because apparently we gave "special treatments" then you really got it all wrong!
We didn't let him do it because he has a lot of money, this is very insulting, for him and for us.
You always bring the money topic, hey Sati, you think WTM makes a lot of money on your back (actually how many times you had to bring this topic that you paid for your AU, when you actually didn't....) and on other players back, like WTM makes so much money or something, you really have no idea! You think we liked him for his money, well we didn't. I'm not defending him for the spamming which may have got out of hand, but I will always defend him for what he organized on this site and made it fun!
