We stick to IMDb. If it's listed as "Short" by IMDb, we lock it.
FYI, IMDb sets the Short limit at 45 minutes.

What about this one http://whatthemovie.com/movie/welcome_to_new_york/info ?
It is neither a regular movie nor a "direct to dvd" movie. It is a "direct to VOD" without any theater release.

imho WTM should allow this category, since it will probably be a new way to release movies in the future.

IMDB lists it as a regular movie, so I'd say we'll stick to that, but we'll discuss it and let you know if we decide something different.

Good. But in this case, what about the mandatory dvd source, since the online source is identical to the dvd...

What about now in 2016? With Netflix and everything, I rarely buy DVDs anymore. Not that I have upload rights, but you know, good to know for the future!
I can only imagine that the same is true for lots of other people (buying less DVDs because lots of stuff is available on VOD)

And if you what to check -- or send prove -- whether a movie or TV show is actually available on Netflix in a certain country, you can search for it on http://unogs.com/.
