Hi all, I'm a complete computer retard, and everytime I try and upload a shot it gets rejected for black bars or something similar. So what i'm asking is for one of you kind, computer-literate people to help me out and provide me with a step-by-step, idiot proof guide to taking and preparing a snapshot so that it won't be rejected. Please help!!!! Thank you
edit: sorry it explains why you should delete black bars but now how! But I guess you just have to open your shot on MS Paint, select the area of you picture without the black bars, then copy/paste in a new MS Paint file and save the new picture!
